Profilele (garniturile) din cauciuc se realizeaza prin extrudare, avand diverse sectiuni, vulcanizarea fiind realizata in tunel cu aer cald, a carui temperatura este controlata in fiecare moment al procesului tehnologic.
Profilele (garniturile) din cauciuc pot fi compacte sau buretoase.
Profilele (garniturile) sunt realizate din diversi elastomeri, cum ar fi:
- cauciuc sbr, cu utilizare in intervalul de temperatura -30° C …. +70° C
- cauciuc nbr, rezistent la produse petroliere
- cauciuc epdm, rezistent la temperaturi de maxim 130° C
- cauciuc natural, cu rezistenta buna la imbatrinire
- cauciuc neopren, cu rezistenta buna la uleiuri si imbatranire
- cauciuc siliconic, avand rezistenta buna la temperatura (max.300° C)
- cauciuc viton , cu rezistenta buna la temperatura (max.300° C) si uleiuri
My company is working as consultancy agency in rubber and plastic parts or process design. We develop technologies for our customers and after we try to find the best sourcing solution.
One of our customer in the railway market want us to find a new supplier. In fact, we will make the studies, the tooling for moulding or welded parts and we are requested to find extruded profiles. We will purchase them and send everything in KANBAN with different parts to our customer.
The production is with steam vulcanisation or continues hot air. Extruder must be from D60 to D120 mm. Materials are mainly EPDM with fire requirement.
Accuracy is E1 and E2 with fire requirement.
